Phase 2: Ownership + Expansion + Connection

Stage 1: 120k (Ownership) Purchase our HQ/Kids building (next to our sanctuary)

Stage 2: 80k (Expansion) Renovate and expand our HQ building by adding 3 more kids rooms, 2 offices, and a breezeway to connect the two buildings.

Stage 3: 50k  (Connection) Build out our coffee window and start "Neighbors Coffee", which will fund our outreach and mission endeavors, we will also be adding a playground and fencing in our side yard to allow our property to be a place for family and community.
